a campaign designed to increase adoption rates

The San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Their yearly fundraiser, the Walk for Animals, provides animals with shelter and lifesaving medical care, helps families adopt new pets, rescues animals from cruelty and neglect, and so much more. The walk for animals is a yearly fundraiser that provides animals with shelter and lifesaving medical care, helps to adopt pets into loving homes, rescues animals from cruelty and neglect, and so much more.

This 2023 campaign centers around one idea: “if we show our Walk for Animals participants our adoptable pets’ personalities, they are more likely to adopt and/or support our cause.” Every dog has a unique and beautiful personality and is worthy of a good home. The design was kept minimal to allow the dogs’ personalities to take center-stage.
